Closet Removel of carpet/ Hardwood in Huntington Beach Ca

This water damage was the result of a broken pipe in the wall.  The problem was that the customer did not notice until they came back from vacation.

At least the vacation was good and they didn't have to worry about this until afterwards.

Since the leak was going on for some time, we needed to remove some drywall.  The technicians did find some mold behind the drywall but were able to contain it to just the closet.

One recommendation we make is too turn off the water at the main if your going to be gone for an extended time.  Most people don't think about that and the resulting damage is usually higher.
