Water Leak in Huntington Beach, CA

This customer called us after seeing our Yelp reviews.  They could not figure out why their kitchen floor had standing water.  

Before heading to the place of residence, we asked the customer if they had called a plumber.  They had not so we offered to assist with that.  We ended up meeting the plumber onsite.

Come to find out that a pipe burst in the crawl space directly below the kitchen.  We had to extract water before the plumber could fix the pipe.

After placing the necessary equipment and fast response time, there was only minimal damage and customer did not have to file an insurance claim.
